STATEMENT OF FAITH
The verbal
inspiration, divined authority, and full inerrancy of the whole Bible as
God's infallible revelation to man, consisting of only the Old and New
Testament
One God eternally existing
in three Persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit
Jesus Christ's deity,
virgin birth, sinless humanity, substitutionary death, atoning blood,
present advocacy, bodily resurrection, ascension to heaven, and his
personal, imminent, bodily, visible return in power and in great glory
to establish His kingdom on earth
In the fall of man,
resulting in his complete and universal separation from God and his need
of salvation
Salvation is a free and
everlasting gift of God by faith in Christ alone, without works, and
solely by grace; that every person is responsible to receive salvation
by personal faith (commitment, trust) in the LORD Jesus Christ; that a
soul once truly saved can never be lost
Although not saved by
works, a life full of good works as evidence of true faith and salvation
That the Holy Spirit
regenerates with divine life and personally indwells the believer upon
his faith in Christ for salvation
A life of holy living by
the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit
The future resurrection of
the saved and the unsaved: eternal glory for all believers with the
LORD in heaven; and unending punishment of all unbelievers in a literal
hell
The one true church, the
body of Christ, consisting of all believers
In the believer's baptism
by immersion
Obedience to our LORD's
command to intentionally witness in order to lead people to faith in
Christ, and to disciple them to grow in Christlikeness, who will become
disciple-makers
The responsibility of
every church member to grow spiritually through regular bible study,
prayer, witness, and involvement in a local church
The responsibility of each
believer to live sacrificially for the proclamation of the Gospel to all
nations.

VISION
To become a
witnessing disciple, thereby winning souls, and that these souls won
would become witnessing disciples who would win other souls, each
becoming a disciple-maker, fulfilling the Great Commission of Matthew
28:19,20. |
