Testimonies
At FBCDC, I learned and gained spiritually
with the interminable support of its' diverse culture congregation. From the Pastor
and its' members, they truly treat you like family and shower you with lots of love. You will feel that on your first
visit the warmth of their welcome. They will alway
be there for you.

In June 1954, I had a very fine husband, a
4-year old daughter, and a 1-year old son. Yet I knew there was something missing in
my life.
While listening to Billy Graham's radio program Hour of
Decision, I became convinced that I needed Jesus Christ as my personal Savior.
My family and I began to attend the church where my husband and I were married in
1949. At that service I said I accepted Christ, and said I will serve Him.
My life has a real purpose now. I serve Christ joyfully. Since
then, I have been a member of FBCDC.

From the first time I entered
the church building
at FBCDC, I felt a change in my life. I was happy. I felt peace in my mind. I felt
the heaviness of my heart taken away, and I felt the nearness of God. Now I know that He is always with me. At night, I
feel free to talk to God. I recall what Bro. Elmer told me that if I pray early in the morning, God will answer my prayers. As I
talked with God early one morning it seemed like a bright light shown from outside. I thank
God for healing my mother and my daughter. I now have a changed life. The brethren
in the church are all very good to me. I enjoy the Tagalog Bible class so much that
by 3:00 p.m. I start to get ready, even though it does not begin till 6:00 o'clock. I thank God that at FBCDC I now know the Lord! I want to personally thank the Lord, the FBC family, Pastor Taylor, and Sis.Josie for inviting me to their church.
